EnSolv 5408

EnSolv®-5408 is a Boeing approved, stabilized n-Propyl Bromide based solvent for the replacement of Trichloroethylene, Perchloroethylene and 1,1,1-Trichloroethane in aerospace vapor degreasing. EnSolv®-5408 is listed as an approved material on Boeing’s PSD 6-62 specification for use under BAC 5408. In addition, EnSolv®-5408 has been approved by other aerospace organizations, such as Bell Helicopter, Bombardier and many others. EnSolv®-5408 is a patented azeotropic mixture that can be distilled and reused through numerous cycles before it needs to be replaced. Although Enviro Tech offers stabilizer booster in 5-gallon pails, the synergistic action of EnSolv® -5408’s patented stabilizer package typically precludes the need to ever add stabilizers to maintain the integrity of the solvent through normal use.

NEXT 3000 is a patent pending azeotropelike

mixture of 1,2-trans-dichloroethylene

and proprietary fluorinated compounds.

It was designed for vapor degreasing

applications as a direct substitute for

solvents like nPB, Chemours Vertrel®, 3M

Novec®, HCFC-225 and others.

NEXT 3000 has a very low global

warming potential and effectively zero

ozone deple-tion potential, making it a

very environmen-tally conscious

choice. The primary fluorinated

compound in this product is also US EPA

SNAP approved.

APPLICATIONS

This solvent blend is perfectly suited for

vapor degreasing in modern equipment,

refrigerant flush applications and many

others. Its solvency for hydrocarbon soils

and fluxes is excellent. It can reliably replace

cleaning solvents such as nPB,

TCE, Chemours Vertrel®, 3M Novec®,

HCFC-225 and others in many applications.

It can also be used as a carrier fluid for

deposition of materials such as silicone or

other oils.

EnSolv nPB

EnSolv® is the perfect direct replacement for TCE, Perchloroethylene, 1,1,1-Trichloroethane and other hazardous vapor degreasing and general use solvents for critical applications such as oxygen service, precision optics, medical devices, high vacuum components and electronics. EnSolv® is a superior cleaner for oxygen service lines and components that leaves virtually no residue and conforms to SAE ARP1176. It is an excellent choice for removal of a wide range of organic soils by vapor degreaser, ultrasonic cavitation, dip tank, flushing or hand wiping. EnSolv® is a patented azeotropic mixture that can be distilled and reused through numerous cycles before it needs to be replaced. Tech Kleen STNPB & AZE

TECH KLEEN AZE & STNPB are  Stabilized general cleaning solvents based off of N propyl bromide and specially formulated to remove contaminants such as oils, greases, adhesives, resins, and flux residues. Tech Kleen STNPB Stabilized n Propyl Bromide is a direct replacement for 1,1,1-trichloroethane, trichloroethylene, HCFC-141b, HCFC-225, hydrofluorocarbons, methylene chloride and perchlorethylene. The proper safety methods should always be in place when using Tech Kleen STNPB and you may contact Enviro Tech International, Inc. for recommendations.

Solvent Stabilizors

Available in 5 gallon pails and 55 gallon drums. stabilizer additive for the Boeing Approved EnSolv®--5408 and other nPB precision cleaning Vapor degreasing solvents. The stabilizer additive can be added to a vapor degreaser in place of fresh solvent when the acid acceptance level of the solvent falls below, for example 0.19 weight percent sodium hydroxide. Please refer to Boeing’s PSD 6-62.
